A former Westchester County police chaplain and two New York City police commanders pleaded not guilty to conspiracy and other charges Wednesday in federal court in Manhattan.

An Associated Press article in the Journal News said Jeremy Reichberg, who is a Brooklyn businessman, was suspended as chaplain because of the investigation.
