Free Cone Day At Ben & Jerry's In Hudson Valley

WHITE PLAINS, NY — National Amusements, Inc., which operates City Center 15 Cinema de Lux in White Plains and Showcase Cinema de Lux Ridge Hill in Yonkers, announced that once again this year it is participating in Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day. From noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, movie-goers in White Plains and Yonkers at Ridge Hill are invited to visit the Ben & Jerry's counter to receive a free ice cream cone. The offer is even sweeter since Free Cone Day falls on Bargain Tuesday, when general admission price is reduced to $8.50 per ticket.

Plus, Showcase Cinemas is offering an additional $2 off the ticket price for Starpass loyalty program members — a first on Free Cone Day.

No time for a movie, but you still want a free cone?

There's a Ben & Jerry's in Mount Kisco that is participating in Free Cone Day. It's located at 639 E. Main St. Also participating is the Ben & Jerry's in the Palisades Center, 1000 Palisades Center Drive in West Nyack. The hours for Free Cone Day are noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

For the past 40 years, Ben & Jerry’s has used Free Cone Day to thank customers for their loyalty and support and as a reminder that giving back to the community is just as sweet as free ice cream.
