White Plains Man Accused Of Drunken Driving
Police said his blood alcohol content was well over the legal limit.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A White Plains man was accused of driving while drunk. State police said Errol J. Hibbert II, 31, of White Plains, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and vehicle and traffic violations.
Around 2:30 a.m. June 29, a trooper stopped Hibbert's vehicle on I-287 in Harrison for a vehicle and traffic violation.
Police said Hibbert was intoxicated.

He was taken into custody and processed at the New Rochelle barracks, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.22 percent.
Hibbert was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court July 23.
