Heat Coming: White Plains' Weekend Weather

We're jumping from temps better suited to early spring around White Plains to temps you'd expect at summer's height. Get the details.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — No chance to enjoy June this weekend: instead it's going to be hot, hot and humid. Temperatures will soar to well above-average levels on Saturday afternoon. Plus, periods of prolonged sunshine combined with increasing humidity will make it feel warmer than it really is.

"So we likely make the jump from March weather on Tuesday, to July weather by Sunday," said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. "A 5 month jump in 5 days… that’s how we do it in the Hudson Valley."
