MSG Varsity’s first-ever Tri-State Quarterback Showdown, featuring the region’s top 25 high school QB’s, including Danny Hoffer from Archbishop Stepinac HS, will take place on Sunday, June 3, at noon, at New Rochelle HS.

Judging the talented student-athletes will be Former NY Giants, Phil Simms and Amani Toomer, current NY Jets quarterback Greg McElroy, and former NFL player/current QB coach for Wagner College, Mike Teel.

Medeot Leads Way

Host No. 14 White Plains, led by Chris Medeot's two doubles, three RBI and three runs scored, defeated No. 19 East Ramapo 14-6 on May 23 in a Class AA outbracket game as per Vincent Mercogliano's post on the LoHud Baseball Blog.

Teammates Sean Johnson went 2 for 3 with two RBI and three runs while Stephen Schiavone pitched four innings and earned the win.
