Homeless Man Dies In Cold After Leaving Shelter
He walked out of the facility wearing only a T-shirt and pajama pants into 10-degree weather.

VALHALLA, NY — A homeless man who left shelter early Friday morning without shoes apparently froze to death. Police said Kim Berryman, 35, a native of Texas had been living at the Volunteers of America homeless shelter since November.
Berryman walked out of the facility wearing only a T-shirt and pajama pants into 10-degree weather, the Journal News said.
Toxicology results are pending, but he apparently died from hypothermia.
