The ordinance states:

You may use IF...

It is between the dates:

March 15 and May 14; or

October 1 and December 15

- AND -

It is between the hours of:

8am-6pm Monday-Friday; or

10am-6pm Sat, Sun, Holidays

- AND -

You only use one leaf blower within a 5,000 square foot area

- AND -

The leaf blower produces a sound level below 70 decibels

(914) 422-6111 other times

Penalty may be a fine up to $250.00. Violations of this ordinance will be vigorously enforced. Violations may be reported to the Department of Public Safety at (914) 422-1391. .

...From May 15 to Sept. 30.

...More than one leaf blower within a 5,000 square foot area.
