Labor Complaint Filed Over Contract Dispute at WCC
County Executive Rob Astorino rejected the deal.

A labor complaint has been filed against Westchester Community College and the county for allegedly violating public labor laws.
The Civil Service Employees Association Local 1000, which represents some WCC workers, said there was no good faith negotiation when a deal was rejected by the county executive, according to an article on lohud.com.
The deal would have given workers pay increases retroactively to 2012, along with other compensation.
