Louis Vuitton Reopening It's 'Manhattan' Store At The Westchester

WHITE PLAINS, NY — There are plenty of reasons to head to the bright lights (and crowded sidewalks) of the big city, but getting your hands on exclusive Louis Vuitton merchandise no longer needs to be one of those reasons.

The Westchester has announced the reopening of their Louis Vuitton store in its newly designed 4,600-square-foot home.

The store promises an extensive collection of ready-to-wear apparel for men and women, including merchandise not offered at other regional Louis Vuitton locations outside of Manhattan. The Westchester store is envisioned as the premiere destination for Louis Vuitton shopping outside of New York City with footwear, a fragrance bar and a staple signature selection of luxury accessories.

Founded in Paris in 1854, Louis Vuitton prides itself on perpetuating "the ambitious vision of its namesake."

The company has come a long way since its inception.

"From his origins as a master trunk maker, manufacturing boxes used to pack both everyday objects as well as voluminous wardrobes, Louis Vuitton and his successors introduced numerous innovations including the advent of the flat-top trunk, lightweight canvas, signature patterns, and the tumbler lock," the iconic fashion label boasts. "Today, Louis Vuitton’s legacy is expressed through its rigorous spirit of innovation, the boldness of its creations and an uncompromising demand for excellence."

In addition to the Louis Vuitton Hudson Valley flagship store, other luxury retailers — ranging from high-end electric vehicles to jewelry, apparel and hand-rolled cigars — have announced plans for new or redesigned stores at the Westchester in the coming months, as luxury retailers continue to bet big on the high-end shopping and fashion mall in White Plains.

Louis Vuitton can be found on Level 2 at The Westchester, located at 125 Westchester Ave. in White Plains. Store hours are 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays, and noon - 6 p.m. on Sundays.
