Man Faces Rape Charge After Having Sex with Unconscious Woman: Police
A multi-agency investigation led to the arrest.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A White Plains man was arrested Saturday and was accused of raping an unconscious woman.
Benjamin A. Gomez, 24, was charged with first-degree rape, a felony.
A joint investigation with the Elmsford Police Department and the New York State Police after a complaint was received by the White Plains Police Department.

Police said Gomez had sexual intercourse with a female acquaintance who was unconscious and unable to consent.
He was arraigned and sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Gomez was scheduled to appear in court Monday morning.
