Man Found Dead in Drainage Ditch Near Westchester County Jail
Police said he was living in a nearby homeless shelter.
VALHALLA, NY — Police said the man whose body was found in a drainage ditch near the Westchester County Jail suffered cardiac arrest Sunday morning.
He was identified by investigators as Robert Norville, 46, who lived in a nearby homeless shelter, according to News 12.
