McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt played a key role in obtaining approvals for addition of pickle ball courts and improvements to buildings

White Plains NY – October, 2022- The Manursing Island Club, a fixture in the Rye community for more than 100 years, will undergo campus-wide renovations to update its facilities and improve services for its membership. The club has operated since 1912 offering tennis, swimming pool and beach facilities, and a children’s summer camp.
The club, at 1 South Mansursing Island Road, applied to the City of Rye for approval to make a number of changes to upgrade its amenities, which required Site Plan and Wetland Permit approvals from the Rye Planning Commission, as well as several variances from the Board of Appeals.
“We believe this work will provide a much-needed update to the club’s facilities and will promote its continued success for years to come,’’ said Steve Wrabel, Partner with McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt LLP., which represented the club before the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.
