Design team, Agnese and Riscala, a New York design firm specializing in hospitality transformed this long-lasting three-story dormant space into a Mediterranean oasis with a floor to ceiling ombre mural and natural elements to enhance the sunlight that shines through the marine colored glass to provide feelings of being at the shore. Agnese and Riscala are renowned for selecting classic solid materials such as stone, concrete, glass and woods which are all stylishly featured in this new space.

Unique design element also include warm walnut woods and white Calcutta marble which provide a clean crisp look along with the restaurants groups’ traditional nautical-like wooden floors. Custom lighting fixtures were designed using steel and glass orbs to span the length of the mezzanine and were tied to a second fixture to visually unite the two separate levels. Lighting was a major part of the design process with the understanding that it would be a prominent feature from the exterior. A large mirror was placed to reflect the exterior and the movement at the street level to provide an urban buzzing energy for diners. There is handicap accessible glass elevator to take customers from the ground floor to the mezzanine and the private room below which contains a sea of beautiful pendant lighting fixtures that provide a warm feel and natural glowing effect. Modern Italian furniture was selected with natural wood and wool materials to enhance the interior design.
