Motorist Charged with Impaired Driving in Two-Vehicle Crash
The crash occurred on Oct. 11 on I-287.

A 23-year-old Belmont, Mass. woman was charged with Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, a violation, on Oct. 11 in connection with a two-vehicle crash on I-287 in White Plains, according to state police.
Stephanie J. Arce-Villon, driving a 2015 Dodge, sideswiped a 2007 Lincoln while both vehicles were getting off the thruway at exit 6. No injuries were reported.
Troopers said Arce-Villon was found to be impaired by alcohol, and she was transported and processed at the Tarrytown state police facility where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.07 percent.

Arce-Villon was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of White Plains Court on Oct. 30 at 9:30 a.m.
