New Restaurant Opens At The Westchester's Savor Food Hall
The owner describes the food as natural, health-focused Desi Fusion cuisine.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A new dining option has opened in the Savor Food Hall at The Westchester in White Plains. Bang, which is described as natural, health-focused Desi Fusion cuisine, is the eighth eatery to take up residence at the mall.
Bang's owner, Tanjina Quazi, said the food is inspired by the healthy, natural food she eats at home every day.
"Through our travels across the globe we discovered unique flavors that are infused into our menu," she said. "At Bang, we invite our guests to eat our natural, fresh Desi Fusion food every day."

Guests can choose from bowls, wraps and keto-friendly options such as the Chicken and the Egg Bowl with power greens, Bang's butter chicken, chili BBQ egg, Dida's banana samonsa and green zest sauce; Vegan Toful Power Wrap with red chili tofu, spicy pineapple rice, green zest sauce, cucumber and tomato, rolled in a roti; unique sides like Spicy Pineapple Rice and Banana Samoas, as well Smoothies, Nitro Cold Brew Drinks and Kiddo Combos.
Quazi said her restaurant has made a commitment to only use grass and vegetable-fed meat.

Bang is located on Level 4 in the Savor Food Hall between The Little Beat and Juice Generation.
