Kennedy Fried Chicken is known for its moist and flavorful fried chicken across the country, with chains in several states. This Kennedy Fried Chicken, just blocks from the train station and downtown White Plains,  is open every day from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. to satisfy your late night chicken cravings. Aside from their famous fried chicken combo meals, the menu also includes chicken wings, subs, burgers and seafood. You can either eat in the restaurant, or take it to go. The entire menu is priced with combo meals as inexpensive as $6.

2.) White Plains Coach Diner: 50 Westchester Ave.

When you are in the mood for late night munchies, this 24 hour diner never fails. With dozens of options, you could satisfy any nocturnal craving. The menu has dozens of breakfast options, fresh baked goods, or dinner items for very reasonable prices, most items less than $10. You could get anything from chocolate chip pancakes to cheese fries at any time. There are many booths to sit in, or you could grab your food to go with take-out available all night. 

3.) Sunshine Pizza: 51 Mamaroneck Ave.

Sunshine Pizza is a favorite for local late night pizza lovers, with various kinds of pies and other Italian entrees. Sunshine Pizza’s business hours are Monday-Sunday, 10 a.m.–4 a.m. The extensive menu at Sunshine includes a large cheese pizza for $13.95, cold and hot subs ranging in price from $7-10, pastas $7.95-$13.95, soups from $3.95-$5.95, salads from $4.95-$9.95, dinner entrees such as Eggplant Parmesan ($10.95). It even serves Hispanic food! You can eat in the restaurant, or order out either on the phone or online. They deliver until 4 a.m., and promise a fast delivery time, every time.

4.) Cheeburger Cheeburger: 84 Mamaroneck Ave.

Cheeburger Cheeburger is a 50’s style burger and shake kind of diner. It offers baskets of fresh made French fries or onion rings, served with one of four special homemade dipping sauces. The burgers are made to order and served any which way you may want, with whatever ingredients and toppings you’d like ($5.99-$10.99.) They have 378,000 ways to create your own milkshake by combining flavors ($3.59-$4.99.) For those who are working on their beach bodies, there are salads on the menu. They have sit in dining, and are open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday- Thursday; 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Prices at Cheeburger Cheeburger vary due to the difference in price of toppings.  The next time you are in the mood for a late night milkshake and burger, make it a Cheeburger!

The Star is a 30’s style diner that will have any late-night muncher wanting to come back in the morning! It is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week and offers everything from breakfast all the way through dessert. The menu has many different options, but a popular late night item is the Star Platter (chicken fingers, chicken wings, chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks and french fries for $8.95.) You can sit at either a table, or at the counter where you can see your food being prepared. The price range is reasonable, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is nostalgic. The Star Diner is a solid spot for self-proclaimed diner aficionados any time of day.
