Lots of amenities are proposed for former office building.
WHITE PLAINS, NY — The AT&T building on Hamilton Avenue in White Plains could be turned into an apartment building with a market, cafe and more.
The Common Council heard plans this week to change the 350,000-square-foot building’s facade and create studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, complete with a gym, game room, theater and other amenities, the Journal News said.
A formal application is forthcoming.
