Rain, Thunderstorms And A Cool-Down All In White Plains' Weekend Forecast
Ironically while we're at work Friday in White Plains, temps could reach into the 70s in some spots ... then some changes.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — If you can, enjoy today’s weather in the Hudson Valley, where we’ll see sunshine develop and temps will range between 60 and 70 degrees.
"The record today in Poughkeepsie is 71° (set in 1985), and afternoon highs should climb into the upper 60s for much of the region. The average high on May 3rd, is 68°… so it’s not just April in February…. it’s MAY in February," Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather wrote in the Friday morning forecast.
We just missed the record on Thursday, as the high was 68° while the record is 69° set in 1997.

But things begin to change for the worse this weekend, as rain and possibly even thunderstorms start moving in Saturday afternoon. And there is a cool-down on Sunday too.
Saturday will be balmy until the afternoon, though the sun will disappear. But rain should begin moving into the region around 4 p.m., with possible thunderstorms too of course.
