Second Tuesday Concerts Set For White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, NY — The White Plains Business Improvement District (WPBID) and Doug Panero Presents announce the kick-off of the Summer Second Tuesdays Concerts in downtown White Plains.

On Tuesday, July 10, Aubrey Haddard will bring her Blue Part CD release tour into downtown White Plains. Aubrey’s music spans the crossroad between new wave R & B and old-school blues and soul.

On Tuesday, August 14, K Sloan and the Melodics bring a spirited fusion of Funk, Motown and Soul to the downtown. Her EP Blank Pages celebrates her hometown Detroit: its grit, glory and glamour.

In addition, a special Friday, August 3, concert has been added featuring Jessica Lynn with special guest Nick Bukuvalas. Jessica is a rising country music artist who has shared the stage with such stars as Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Jake Owen, and Sammy Kershaw. Her single "Crazy Idea" peaked at No. 48 on the U.S. Country Music Charts.

Summer Second Tuesdays Concerts are made possible with the support of Ivy Realty Services. The Friday, August 14 concert is made possible with the support of Elements Massage and Ivy Realty Services.

All concerts are from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the White Plains Plaza, One North Broadway, and are held rain or shine.
