About The Sharing Shelf

The Sharing Shelf of FSW was founded in 2009. The program collects new and gently used clothing for infants, youth and teens. The clothing is distributed to more than 2,000 children in need each year at no cost to the families. Each month, volunteers assemble more than 1,100 outfits, providing each child a week of seasonally appropriate clothing matched to their sizing needs. The clothing is distributed through more than 50 local nonprofits, schools and hospitals.
