Shrub Oak Woman Charged after DWI Road Check in White Plains
State police were working the checkpoint at Exit 8 on I-287 on Saturday.
At about 12:45 a.m., July 25, state police stopped a vehicle on a Driving While Intoxicated Road Check on I-287 at Exit 8.
Police allege that the driver, Christine M. Loughran, 26, was intoxicated. The Shrub Oak resident was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.14 percent, police said.

Loughran was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of White Plains Court on Aug. 7.
