HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Because of the snowstorm, many schools and organizations have announced delays or closings. This list was effective 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17.

• Alcott School Crane Road: Dobbs Ferry and Crane Road location will open at 10 a.m. with no bus service; p.m. classes will have a regular schedule with no bus service; Fox Meadow will open at 9:30 a.m. with no bus service.
