State Police Arrest Trio on Impaired Driving Charges
Troopers conducted a DWI enforcement detail on I-287 in White Plains on Saturday, Aug. 29.

State police arrested a trio of drivers on during a Driving While Intoxicated enforcement detail Saturday, Aug. 29, on I-287 in White Plains near exit 8.
Arrested were:
- White Plains resident John P. Culhane, 64, who refused to submit to a breath test, according to state police.
Culhane was charged with misdemeanor DWI and was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of White Plains Court on Sept. 8.

- New York City resident Celine A. Damore, 31, who submitted to a breath test where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.11 percent, according to state police.
Damore was charged with misdemeanor DWI and was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of White Plains Court on Sept. 11.
- Port Chester resident Anita M. Perez, 28, who was found to be impaired by drugs and in possession of marijuana.
State police said Perez was “evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) and submitted to a blood draw to determine the drug content in her system.” She was charged with misdemeanor Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, which is a violation.

Perez was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of White Plains Court on Sept. 14.
