Stopped for Speeding, Ends Up Arrested on DWI Charge
State police arrested a 28-year-old White Plains man Saturday on the Taconic State Parkway. A minor under 16 also was in the car.

New York State Police Saturday arrested 28-year-old Conrad C. Henry of White Plains for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, a Class E Felony, according to authorities.
Henry was stopped by police on the Taconic State Parkway in Mount Pleasant for speeding, and while troopers interviewed him, “they observed clues that indicated he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.”
He was charged with Aggravated DWI for having a passenger under the age of 16 in his vehicle at the time of the stop, which is a violation under Leandra’s Law.

Henry was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on Sept. 10.
