'Summer' Makes Its Return: Work Week Weather for White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, NY — We could break a record in the Hudson Valley this week, because the highest recorded temperature in Poughkeepsie for October 18 was 82 degrees F.
Does that tell you just how unseasonable the weather is going to be?
