Vulnerable Adult Alert Issued For White Plains Man

The man has Alzheimer's disease and may need medical attention.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A missing vulnerable adult alert was issued Friday for a White Plains man. Police said Cesar A. Manrique, 60, has Alzheimer’s disease and may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen in the area of Ridgeway Avenue in White Plains at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 18.

Police said Manrique may be in Queens.

He was driving a 2008 black Honda Accord with the New York registration GDG-5904.

Manrique is a white man, who is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds.

He has brown hair and brown eyes.

This vehicle is similar to the one Manrique was driving.
Manrique was last seen wearing glasses, blue jeans, dark sneakers and a Kangol hat.
