His administration consists of a vast majority of high-ranking women professionals, more than any past administration, who have done an exemplary job for Westchester County, according to a spokesperson.

According to the county, Saltzman has spent most of her 30-year professional career in politics and government, working for both Governor Mario Cuomo and Governor Andrew Cuomo prior to joining Latimer’s administration. In her role as deputy director of operations, Saltzman is able to combine her love of Westchester with serving the people of the County. She says it is easy to work on a team full of talented women alongside Latimer, because he truly knows the needs and concerns of all of his constituents, regardless of which community they come from.
