Westhab Raised Over $600,000 at its Annual Celebration Dinner
The dinner celebrated the generous efforts of partners that sustain Westhab's services for communities affected by homelessness and poverty

On Thursday, April 20, 2023, Westhab proudly hosted its annual Building Communities. Changing Lives. Celebration Dinner at Brae Burn Country Club in Purchase, NY. Westhab was thrilled to see so many friends and supporters come together at an event that raised over $600,000 of vital funds to support its mission of building communities and changing lives.
The evening was an excellent opportunity to acknowledge the dedication and impact of the 2023 Honorees who have championed Westhab’s mission. Westhab awarded Alexandra’s Playground the Community Partnership Award for their gracious donation of a brand-new playground at the Dayspring Community Center in Yonkers, NY. The Building Communities Award was presented to the Nixon Peabody law firm for its integral role in helping Westhab create more affordable and supportive housing units in Westchester and New York City. Lastly, Cisco was presented the Changing Lives Award for its critical partnership and leadership in advancing digital equity initiatives at Westhab.
This year’s event was Co-Chaired by Jonalie and Michael Korengold and Marian and Michael Hoffman. Westhab is grateful for their invaluable leadership and for the support of the event sponsors: Platinum Sponsor - Slate Property Group; Gold Sponsors - Apple Bank, Nixon Peabody, and iPark; Silver Sponsors - Lamb Insurance, Lasberg Construction Associates, MEGA, Stagg, and TD Bank. Congratulations to the Honorees and Sponsors for their outstanding contributions to the communities Weshab proudly serves!
