WHITE PLAINS, NY — Voters in White Plains had choices to make at the polls Tuesday.

While the races for County Legislative District 5 and mayor were not contested, there were four people vying for three seats on the city's Common Council.

With 84 percent of precincts reporting, the three Democratic candidates — incumbents Justin Brasch and John Martin and Richard Payne — are the apparent winners, according to unofficial results.
