White Plains Downtown Farmer's Market Opening Day was picture perfect.

We couldn't have asked for better weather for  opening day last Wednesday.  Customers were delighted to have their favorite purveyors back and excited to welcome new vendors to the market. 

Returning this week is our own Ersilia Moreno of Olive Oils of the World.  Ersilia carries  Farm-To-Bottle Extra Virgin Olive Oils from around the world; she has personal relationships with her producers and is always happy to talk about the unique qualities of each of her products.

This season she is excited to be featuring some new products:  an EVOO from Portugal; an oil from the Veneto, Italy that has placed in the top 20 EVOO's in the world for the past three years in a row; handcrafted, seasoned oils using locally-sourced herbs and spices.  This year she is also featuring her EVOOs in smaller sized bottles, perfect for gifts, to keep at the office, or to take trips.
