White Plains Election Results 2016: the Winners Are Revealed
Here is how Westchester voted in the 2016 election, according to unofficial totals Wednesday.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Here are the final, unofficial totals in the Nov. 8 election.
County presidential totals:
In Westchester County, almost two-thirds of voters cast their ballots for the Clinton/Kaine Democratic ticket, according to unofficial results. They received 245,670 votes—or 65 percent of the total. President-elect Trump and his running mate Mike Pence garnered 121,643 votes—or 32 percent. The Libertarian ticket of Gary Johnson and William Weld only received 7,185 votes—2 percent. The Green Party’s Jill Stein got 4,008, or 1 percent. Write-in votes were not reported.

For United States Senate:

In District 17, which covers Rockland County and central and northern Westchester County, incumbent Nita Lowey was unopposed.
For New York State Senate:
State Senate District 35 includes the cities of New Rochelle, White Plains, Yonkers; the towns of Greenburgh, Scarsdale; and the villages of Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Elmsford, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington, Scarsdale, Tarrytown. In State Senate District 35, Andrea Stewart-Cousins, D-WF-IND-WEP was unopposed.
State Senate District 37 includes the cities of New Rochelle, Rye, White Plains, Yonkers; and the towns of Harrison, Mamaroneck, North Castle, Rye, Bedford and Eastchester.

For New York State Assembly:
Assembly District 88 is comprised of Eastchester, Scarsdale, Pelham and portions of White Plains and New Rochelle.

Assembly District 93 is comprised of parts of northern and southern Westchester County, including Bedford, Mount Kisco, New Castle, Pound Ridge and Armonk and portions of Purchase and Harrison. David Buchwald, D-WF-IND-WEP,was unopposed for reelection.
Supreme Court, 9th Judicial District:
Three people were unopposed for three seats: Linda Jamieson, (D-R-WF-IND), Janet Malone (D-R-WF-IND), and Thomas E. Walsh II (D-R-WF-IND).

For Westchester County District Attorney
Democrat Anthony Scarpino and Republican Bruce Bendish fought to replace interim Westchester County District Attorney James McCarty. He has been holding the job vacated by Janet DiFiore when she was appointed to the New York Court of Appeals by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
