White Plains Fire Displaces Families, Damages 12 Apartments

One firefighter was injured in the blaze.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Several families were displaced and all 12 apartments were damaged in a fire in White Plains.

The blaze, which broke out around noon at 203 Mamaroneck Ave., was under control in about a half hour and no civilians were hurts, the Journal News said.

One firefighter was injured and taken to the hospital.
