White Plains Hospital has been named a 2019 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence AwardSM winner for Patient Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care.

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally recognized symbol of achievement in health care. The annual award honors health facilities that have consistently sustained performance in the top 5% of all Press Ganey clients nationally for one year.

“This recognition not only reflects White Plains Hospital’s commitment to providing a premier level of care to our smallest, most vulnerable patients and their families, it also assures new parents that they can expect the most compassionate and comprehensive care from the area’s top neonatal experts,” says White Plains Hospital CEO Susan Fox.
