White Plains Hospital Welcomes New Physicians
Pavan J. Dalal, MD, Mason Gomberg, MD, Isaac Livshetz, MD, and Myung-Ho Lee, MD, Join White Plains Hospital Physicians Associates

White Plains Hospital is pleased to welcome four new physicians to its Physician Associates Division.
Pavan J. Dalal, MD, of New York, NY is highly skilled in pain management and anesthesiology, having worked with a diverse patient pain population at several Manhattan medical centers.
Dr. Dalal has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Engineering in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego. He received his Medical Degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, where he was an AFAR Medical Student Training in Aging Research Grant recipient. Dr. Dalal completed his Anesthesiology internship and residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, and his Fellowship in Pain Medicine at Mount Sinai West & Mount Sinai St. Luke’s, New York.

With experience managing diverse patient pain populations, Dr. Dalal specializes in using multiple multi-modal strategies to treat spine and joint pain, as well as pain caused by chronic cancer, using a combination of medication, procedures and rehabilitation. As Attending Anesthesiologist at Elmhurst Hospital Center, New York, he covered the Level 1 Trauma Center and served as an on-call trauma and obstetrics anesthesiologist. While in medical school, Dr. Dalal conducted a study of patients undergoing craniotomy, leading to published work in the Journal of Neurological Anesthesiology. He is co-author of several other publications.

Mason Gomberg, MD of Harrison, NY is a highly experienced pediatrician who has served on the voluntary faculty of the Hospital since 1985. He will treat patients in Somers and Yorktown.
Dr. Gomberg completed his medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, where he also completed his internship and residency in pediatrics. He is board certified in pediatrics, and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Isaac Livshetz, MD of New York, NY is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction of the hip and knee. He will also be seeing patients for general orthopedic and joint issues.
Dr. Livshetz is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in Total Joint Arthroplasty. He completed his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at McGill University and was a medical device engineer prior to obtaining his medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He went on to an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago and completed fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York.
Dr. Livshetz specializes in joint replacement of the hip and knee, including complicated initial joint replacements as well as revision surgery. He utilizes the latest techniques including robotic assisted surgery and the muscle sparing direct anterior approach to hip replacement. Dr. Livshetz has published research in multiple publications and has presented his work at national and international academic meetings. Myung-Ho Lee, MD of West Harrison, NY is a cardiologist and internal medicine provider who has served on the voluntary faculty of the Hospital since 2005. He will continue to treat patients in Rye Brook.
Dr. Lee completed his medical degree at the College of Medicine, Seoul National University in Seoul, Korea. He completed his residency in internal medicine at New York Medical College and a fellowship in Echocardiography at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed two additional fellowships; one in Cardiology at the Westchester County Medical Center, and another in Critical Care Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.
Dr. Lee is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
