White Plains Hospital Wins Excellence in Patient Care Award from the Studer Group

White Plains Hospital received an Excellence in Patient Care award for Excellence in Emergency Care from the Studer Group, a Huron Healthcare solution company focused on outcomes and performance improvement for healthcare organizations.

The Hospital was recognized at a ceremony on August 2nd during the annual What’s Right in Health Care® conference, an annual healthcare best practices conference, in Chicago.

To be considered for an award in this category, an organization must rank in the upper quartile for overall emergency care satisfaction as measured by patient satisfaction surveys and demonstrate outstanding performance and achievement in patient care, employee engagement or physician engagement. Excellence in Patient Care awards are presented annually to a select group of organizations from Studer Group’s partner-base of hospitals, health systems and physician organizations. The Hospital demonstrated outstanding performance in emergency patient care in 2015.
