White Plains Hospital Imaging at New Rochelle Adds New MRI
The Imaging Center will be expanding the services available at this site with the installation of a Philips Ingenia 1.5T S MR system

White Plains Hospital Imaging Center at New Rochelle has been the go-to destination for diagnostic imaging services in the Sound Shore area since 2013. When constructed, it became the first White Plains Hospital satellite practice.
The Imaging Center has announced that it will be expanding the services available at this site with the installation of a Philips Ingenia 1.5T S MR system. This new MRI, the first at White Plains Hospital Imaging Center at New Rochelle, is designed for “First Time Right” imaging, providing high-quality imaging, an enhanced patient experience, and decreased exam time. Clear patient instructions are provided by the AutoVoice component of the system, which coaches the patient through their examination, while scanner noise is reduced through the ComforTone scan techniques portion of the system.Presently, the Imaging Center offers a comprehensive array of diagnostic imaging services: 3D Breast Ultrasound, 3D Mammography, Bone Densitometry (DEXA), Computed Tomography (CT) Scan, Pediatric Radiology, Sonohysterography, Stereotactic Core Biopsies - including an upright stereotactic unit, Thyroid FNA, Ultrasound, Ultrasound Guided Core Biopsies and X-ray.
The White Plains Hospital Imaging Center at New Rochelle is located at 1296 North Avenue in the Wykagyl shopping center in New Rochelle. Free, convenient parking is located in the rear of the building.
