White Plains Man Accused Of Having, Distributing Child Porn

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A White Plains man was arrested after being accused of having and distributing child pornography.

The FBI Westchester County Safe Streets Task Force said that Michael J. Facelle was taken into custody at his White Plains home Tuesday.

Based on the criminal complaint filed in the Southern District of New York, investigators said Facelle used the peer-to-peer computer software called BitTorrent to download videos and photos of child pornography.
