White Plains Man Hit With Drug Charges On Taconic State Parkway
State Police: Jason M. Lombardo arrested in New Castle.

A White Plains man was arrested on drug charges while on the Taconic State Parkway in New Castle, according to State Police.
Jason M. Lombardo, 40, was charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument and Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs at 11:19 p.m. on Thursday by state troopers from the Hawthorne barracks.
Police said Lombardo was found to be in possession of three glassine envelopes containing approximately 0.7 grams of heroin, three hypodermic needles and syringes and was found to be operating his motor vehicle under the influence of drugs. Lombardo was processed without incident and released pending a July 26 hearing in Town of New Castle Court.
