Experience a program of gentle movement, breathing, and relaxation exercises that reduce stress and anxiety, increase mental focus, and allow a sense of wellbeing to flourish. This two-session free program is hosted jointly by several Westchester public libraries; participate and let us know if you'd like to see the series continue in 2022. This event is specifically for teens and will take place virtually over Zoom.
