White Plains Seniors Recognized In National Merit Competitions
The awards honor the nation's scholastic champions and encourage the pursuit of academic excellence.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — White Plains High School seniors Daniel R. DeGenaro, Eli S. Lichtblau, Kristina Z. Radulovic and Aaron J. Weiner were named Commended Students in the 2018-19 National Merit Scholarship Competition. They placed in the top 5 percent of students who entered the competition.
Isabela M. Kent and Samuel D. Brown were honored in the National Hispanic Recognition Program.
The National Merit Scholarship Corporation, a not-for-profit organization, was established in 1955 specifically to conduct the annual National Merit Program, to honor the nation’s scholastic champions and encourage the pursuit of academic excellence.
