White Plains Shooting Victim Did Prison Time for 2011 Shooting

The man who was shot and killed Sunday in White Plains had been in prison for a 2011 shooting.
Dominique Hospie, 23, was killed by a lone gunman while standing next to his car on N. Kensico Avenue, lohud.com said.
The White Plains Public Safety Commissioner said Hospie was a “targeted victim.”
