What business are you in? We are a unique fitness business, a boutique studio experience commonly referred to as “Group Personal training” our one-hour class uses low impact exercises and cardio to give participants unprecedented results. We also use Heart Rate monitors so that every person in the workout can go at their own pace, the New York Times just called us “the best 1-hour” workout in the country.
What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner? Permitting, building out our space and marketing to locals can be difficult depending on the time of year. Trying to get people to try a new fitness product is one of our toughest challenges. Once they try it they see the results are amazing so they stay with it, but getting people to that first class can be challenging.

What’s been your proudest achievement since opening? Actually getting open! Our team has worked so hard to get everything in place, get people in the door and now having a strong membership base, our staff is knocking it out of the park customer service wise and I am so proud.
How does your business give back to the community? Since we are new, only open one month, we have not held any actual give back programs but we have found several members who have already lost over 10 pounds, feel better about themselves, feel energized and with our smiling faces greeting them we hope that we can make their day that much better every day!
