The City of White Plains Urban Renewal Agency will hold a special meeting on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. Due to the public health emergency and the order to limit gatherings and the spread of COVID-19, the Urban Renewal meeting will be closed to in-person attendance by the public.
