White Plains Voters Approve 2018-19 Budget Tuesday
Two other propositions were also on the ballot.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Voters in the White Plains school district went to the polls Tuesday to decide whether to pass the budget for the 2018-19 school year. The $218.6 million spending package was approved by 84.3 percent of the voters, according to unofficial results.
The budget was 2.08 percent above the current year. The tax levy increase is 3.42 percent.
The capital reserve and transportation propositions also were approved.
