White Plains Woman Charged With DWI By State Police

WHITE PLAINS, NY — State police from Troop K removed 27 impaired drivers from local roads during the weekend of Oct. 5. Those included a White Plains resident driving in Greenburgh.

On October 5, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Joanne P. Holmes, 40, of White Plains, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Greenburgh, when she was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
