White Plains' Work Week Weather: Blame Canada
Believe it or not, there is some good news. Here are the details for White Plains.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A low pressure system spinning slowly in southern Canada is creating the unsettled weather we've been having. And it looks as if we'll keep having it this week, too. Clouds and showers dominate the predictions, with a possibility of thunderstorms Wednesday.
The nice news is that temps should make it into the low 70s for the end of the work week.
"The end result for us, is a difficult forecast over the coming weekend, and likely unsettled weather lasting straight through the coming weekend," said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. "We don’t see any large-scale storm systems in the next few days… but scattered showers could keep us unsettled and damp for several days."

"The pattern of frequent rainfall is likely to continue for the first 10 days of June and could extend into the second 10 days of the month," according to AccuWeather Long-Range Meteorologist Evan Duffey. "No doubt people who have problems with mold, mildew and damp basements will need to run the dehumidifier constantly over the next few weeks."
