The Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge is a 12-week program perfect for those new to exercise or making a new
commitment to your health. During the program, you’ll be matched with a Y fitness expert who will develop a
personalized workout routine that inspires you to achieve your goals and make fitness a regular part of your
life. Meet your personally set goal during the challenge and you’ll be entered to win a terrific prize!

Y membership is an amazing value for families and features no contacts or annual fees, month to month memberships and FREE babysitting while you work out. The Y also offers over 60 FREE group exercise classes
