Why Keller Williams Realty is a Family
We were lucky enough to attend the annual Keller Williams Family Reunion in that quiet little town called New Orleans.
Perhaps you didn't know that Keller Williams Realty is the largest real estate franchise by number of agents in the world, with over 770 offices in more than 24 countries.
Even with that size, the company fosters a feeling of family among its agents that is nurtured by its culture and our common mindset, values and vision. That was certainly evident when Gary and I were lucky enough to attend the annual Keller Williams Family Reunion in that quiet little town called New Orleans.
Over 15,000 agents attended a special session on the State of the Company, and then broke out for various training sessions.This year we were able to stay for the Inspirational Breakfast held on the last day. It is a moving presentation honoring people that have brought hope and change in the world. Two of the honorees were children that reached out to others in need. My favorite was 11 year old Faith who raised money for the children in Haiti by running 5k races 22 times this year. She was born with Spina bifida and is the most courageous person I ever saw.

The training they provide in the breakout sessions, on everything from providing a higher level of customer service to the latest technology, is amazing. We've always said that Keller Williams is a training company disguised as a real estate company. In fact, Training magazine named Keller Williams the #1 training organization in the world across all industries.
Gary and I returned to Westchester re-energized and invigorated (and stuffed with gumbo) and reminded that as representatives of Keller Williams Realty we are proud to offer in 24 countries:
