WIHD Receives Donation from Presbyterian Church of Mount Kisco
$2,000 gift will pay for toys for child welfare and laptops for assistive technology

VALHALLA, NY (December 2019) - In the spirit of the holiday season, Presbyterian Church of Mount Kisco Women's Association Member & Treasurer, Dr. Ansley Bacon delivered a $2,000 donation check to Westchester Institute for Human Development on December 18. The donation will be used to purchase toys for WIHD’s Child Welfare program and laptop computers for its Assistive Technology program. WIHD creates better futures for people with disabilities and for vulnerable children and their families and caregivers through professional education, comprehensive services and supports, community training and technical assistance, and innovative research and information dissemination.
