Winners Announced for Volunteer New York! 36th Annual Spirit Awards

Several residents and local White Plains groups will be honored at the 36th Annual Volunteer Spirit Awards. The White Plains winners include, Leandro Francisco for the Safe Community Award, and the Youth Committee of Gilda’s Club Westchester for having gone above and beyond in donating their time and talent to volunteer activities that strengthen their region.

This award honors a group of those aged 21 and under that has made a significant contribution to a cause or work of a nonprofit presented by Keystone Property Group.

“These awards bring our volunteer, non-profit and for-profit partners closer together, while highlighting how important volunteer services is to keeping Westchester and our surrounding areas strong, resilient and thriving,” said Alisa H. Kesten, Volunteer New York! Executive Director.
